CONGRATULATIONS TO LUCKY LUKE AND HIS NEW OWNERS!

Lucky Luke is on his way to the USA.  This wonderful pony is off to a wonderful new life and we wish him and his new owners lots of success! 

Success in all levels at the gut neuhaus indoor show!

Every Spring VL Sporthorses heads to the facility of the Hamburg Derby winner Gilbert Tillmann and his brother Frederic in the beautiful state of Rhineland to the Gut Neuhaus Indoor Show. For the fourth year in a row, the brothers organized the Rheinische Hallenderby , modeled after the world famous Hamburg Derby.  Volker and Idalgo rose to the challenge and put in a clear first round.  Volker was not the only Lehrfeld to shine this weekend - his daughter Mathilda competed in her very first lead line competition! 

Volker lehrfeld clinic was a huge success! 

15 students came together to participate in Volker's clinic.  The students were divided into three groups of five, each training at a different level.  Each day was spent focusing on a specific and important aspect of riding (such as approach to the fence) that would increase success and confidence in the show ring.
